Built for the APF

Everything an Australian sport skydiver needs.

From your first AFF jump to your D-licence, Jump Logs covers every requirement the APF asks for in a personal logbook.

APF currency tracking

See exactly how many days since your last jump. Get a warning before your APF currency window closes — not a surprise at manifest.

Works offline at the DZ

Most Australian DZs have patchy cell coverage. Jump Logs stores everything locally and syncs when you're back in range.

QR instructor sign-off

Your coach or AFF instructor scans a QR code from the app to sign off the entry digitally — no paper chasing at end of day.

Reserve repack reminders

Australian regulations require 6-month reserve repacks. Jump Logs tracks the date and alerts you before it lapses.

PDF logbook export

Export a formatted PDF logbook — every jump, every sign-off, ready for any APF review or rating assessment.

AAD tracking

Log your AAD model and service date. Jump Logs alerts you when service is approaching — never jump on an expired unit.

Australian dropzones

Every DZ. Every state.

Jump Logs has all the major Australian dropzones in its database. Select your DZ when logging and the details fill in automatically.

APF compliance

Your logbook, done right for the APF.

The Australian Parachute Federation requires licensed skydivers to maintain a logbook recording every jump — entry altitude, freefall time, equipment, and instructor sign-offs where applicable. Jump Logs captures all of it automatically and exports a clean PDF for any review.

FAQ

Common questions from Australian skydivers.

Does Jump Logs meet APF logbook requirements?+

Yes. Jump Logs records all the information the APF requires in a personal logbook — jump number, date, dropzone, aircraft, exit altitude, freefall time, discipline, equipment, and instructor sign-off. You can export a formatted PDF of your full logbook history for any APF review or rating assessment.

Which Australian dropzones are supported?+

Jump Logs includes Commando Skydivers (Nagambie), Ramblers (Toogoolawah), Sydney Skydivers (Picton), Skydive Oz (The Rock), Skydive Victoria (Tatura), WASA (Jurien Bay), Skydive Adelaide, and many more. If your DZ isn't listed, you can enter it manually.

Does it work offline at the dropzone?+

Yes. Jump Logs is offline-first — everything is stored locally on your device. Log a jump, check your currency, review gear repacks — all without cell signal. Data syncs to the cloud automatically when you're back in range.

How does APF currency tracking work?+

Jump Logs calculates how many days have passed since your last logged jump and shows you on the Stats screen whether you're within your currency window. You can set the window to match your APF or DZ requirements (30, 60, or 90 days). The app shows a warning before the window closes.

Can I export my logbook for an APF check?+

Yes. Jump Logs exports a formatted PDF that looks like a proper logbook — dates, dropzones, disciplines, freefall times, and digital sign-offs all included. You can also export to CSV if you need raw data.

Is Jump Logs free to use?+

Jump Logs starts with a free trial that gives you full access from day one — no credit card required. After the trial, it's $12 AUD per year (or local equivalent). There are no ads, no upsells, and no features gated behind extra paywalls.
